Bianca Standing

Bianca Standing currently serves as the Head of Organisational Development at GFG Alliance, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Bianca worked as the Workforce Development Manager at Liberty Primary Steel from February 2019 to October 2021 and as the People and Culture Manager at Spotless Group from March 2016 to February 2019. Bianca's extensive experience at BHP Billiton spans several roles, including Manager Organisation Capability and Manager Training & Development at Olympic Dam Operations from 2011 to 2015, as well as Superintendent Mine Training from 2005 to 2011. In these capacities, responsibilities included governance over training management systems, organisational change management, performance enhancement processes, and talent management.
