Mikko Leskinen

Mikko Leskinen is an accomplished professional in sales and leadership with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Large Accounts at StaffPoint Oy since June 2021, Mikko focuses on B2B lead generation, project management, and supporting business lines. Previously, as the Head of Product at Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, Mikko oversaw product development, digital transformation, and customer experience. As Group Sales Director at Enersense International Oyj, Mikko significantly improved customer experience and sales strategies while reorganizing the sales team. Additional roles include Chairman of the Board at Värväämö Oy, Area Director at Adecco Finland Oy, and various positions fostering operational success and financial growth. Mikko holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Eastern Finland and has completed advanced leadership programs at IMD and INSEAD.
