Paula Davey, CSP, TSC has extensive work experience in management and recruiting. Paula founded STAFFusion Inc. in 1986 and served as the President/CEO of the company. STAFFusion specializes in providing temporary and temporary-to-hire placements for administrative, industrial, and medical positions. Additionally, Paula has experience in operations management, having worked as an Operations Manager at Interstate Contractors Supply Co. from 1980 to 1986.

In 1983 to 1985, they attended Washington & Jefferson College, taking Business Courses. Paula also attended Bradford Business School in 1980, focusing on Business studies. Paula holds Professional Certifications in the Staffing Industry since 1986. Recently, in 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from the Bank of America Women's Business Institute at Cornell and another Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Additionally, Paula has achieved the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Technical Services Certified (TSC) certifications from the American Staffing Association in December 2020.
