Shang Trinidad, CHRP®, CLDP® is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at Staffviser since January 2024. Previously, Shang held the role of Global Head of People Operations at Intellect, leading the HR function across multiple regions in Asia, and effectively revolutionizing mental well-being solutions. At Sprout Solutions, Shang was the Head of People Operations, overseeing a comprehensive HR team dedicated to enhancing employee experience within a rapidly growing HR tech startup. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Solar Philippines and a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Q2 HR Solutions, focusing on recruitment strategies and team development. Shang holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
