As the Founder & CEO of StaffWiz Global Outsourcing Inc., they assist companies in contracting their core business support operations, including IT services, accounting, payment processing, human resources, compliance, and quality assurance. Raj Gupta works with CEOs and HR departments across various industries to provide efficient and affordable BPO services. Prior to their current role, they founded Business World Travel Inc., where they helped small and medium-sized businesses optimize their travel booking and expenses through customized solutions and data insights.

Raj Gupta studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Holmes Institute in Australia. Raj also attended Holmes Commercial College Melbourne Australia and the International School of Travel in Melbourne, Australia. Furthermore, they studied at St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
