Pete Twedell

Pete Twedell is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at StaffWizard Software since April 2025. Previously, Pete held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Surefox North America from March 2020 to April 2025. Pete founded and served as Executive Director of 5 Sparrows from August 2010 to March 2020. Additionally, Pete contributed as a Senior Non-Kinetic Effects Subject Matter Expert at MAG Aerospace for a brief period in 2018 and held various positions within the United States Army Special Operations Command between May 2004 and June 2016. Academically, Pete obtained a Master's degree in Defense Analysis with a focus on Terrorist Operations and Financing from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
