Nefert Viaene is an experienced professional in talent consulting and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Talent Consultant at StaffYourTribe since November 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing IT staffing solutions for employers and IT professionals. Previously, Nefert held roles at Yource Group as a Team Expert & Coach and a Contact Tracer, and at Hudson as an Assessor, facilitating large-scale candidate assessments for the Victorian prison system. Nefert's experience also includes working as a Learning and Development Specialist at Esko, managing onboarding processes and training initiatives. Nefert holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ghent University, complemented by educational qualifications in secondary education in Latin and Science from Instituut van Gent.
