Andrew de la Torre

Andrew De La Torre is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as a Property Management Associate at STAG Industrial, Inc., since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew spent eight years at Unispace, progressing through various positions including Operations Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer, where significant achievements included managing 65 design/strategy projects annually and negotiating client contracts for projects valued between $750K and $8M. Earlier experience includes roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, notably as General Manager of a high-grossing store and involvement in the opening of new locations, culminating in the successful launch of the Shanghai Flagship store. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
