Dan Wheeler has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Dan started their career as an Investment Sales Analyst at Insignia ESG, where they provided underwriting and financial analysis for institutional-grade real estate transactions. Dan then moved to Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, where they continued to provide financial analysis and valuation for a range of asset classes.

Dan later joined Archstone as an Acquisitions Associate, where they sourced and underwrote investment opportunities for multifamily and mixed-use properties. Dan also played a key role in the placement of real estate capital and managed development projects.

After that, they worked at Colony Capital as an Asset Manager and Acquisitions Associate, where they managed a large portfolio of office, industrial, and multifamily properties across multiple markets. Dan also negotiated deals and acquisitions.

Dan Wheeler received a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1999. Dan later obtained a Master of Science in MIT Center for Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2006.
