Jonathan Weiner

Jonathan Weiner has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and financial industries. Jonathan currently holds the position of Vice President - Asset Management at STAG Industrial, Inc. In their previous role as an Asset Manager at New York Life Real Estate Investors, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of office, industrial, and multi-family assets. Jonathan successfully negotiated lease transactions, underwrote development opportunities, and disposed of assets. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at IndCor Properties, an Investment Analyst at KBS Realty Advisors, and an Associate Asset Manager at Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Jonathan also gained experience as a Real Estate Development Intern at AMB Property Corporation and as a Financial Analyst at Emdeon Practice Services. Jonathan started their career at Outback Steakhouse Inc, where they held positions as a Staff Accountant and a Marketing Analyst.

Jonathan Weiner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Operations Management from Indiana University in 1997-2001. Jonathan further pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a Real Estate Specialization from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2006-2008.
