Kmeal Winters

Kmeal Winters has extensive work experience in asset management. Kmeal started their career in 1998 as a Managing Senior-Accountant at Trammell Crow Company and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2016, they worked at TIER REIT, Inc. in various roles, including Vice President of Asset Management and Investment Manager. In 2017, they became the Principal at DES Real Estate Consulting, LLC. Kmeal then joined Gables Residential as the Director of Asset Management from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. as the Vice President of Asset Management. Kmeal is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at STAG Industrial, Inc. since 2023.

Kmeal Winters has an MBA in Financial Consulting & Accounting from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which was obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, Kmeal Winters completed a B.S. in Business Administration & Accounting from The University of Kansas, from 1993 to 1997. In addition, Kmeal Winters has obtained certifications such as the Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute and the SMU and CREW Dallas Leadership Certificate from Southern Methodist University.
