Kristin Pelkey Bradley

Kristin Pelkey Bradley has extensive experience in the real estate and investment industry. Kristin is currently the Vice President - Asset Management at STAG Industrial, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Kairos Investment Management Company, including Investment Director and Senior Investment Manager. Before that, from 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Real Estate Investment Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Vice President, Asset Management and Strategy at DEXUS Property Group. And from 2006 to 2013, they worked at AEW Capital Management, first as a Marketing Analyst and later as an Associate - Asset Management.

Kristin Pelkey Bradley earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola Marymount University in 2005. Kristin then went on to complete their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in International Banking and Finance at Boston University from 2007 to 2009.
