Natalia Flano

Natalia Flano is an experienced finance and operations professional, currently serving as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital. Previously, Natalia held several key roles at Rapid7, including Head of Business Transformation & Strategic Operations, Senior Vice President of Business Operations, and Vice President of Business Operations. Prior to Rapid7, Natalia was with IBM as Finance Portfolio Head for the AIM Division and Director of FP&A for the Commerce Software Division. Natalia’s career also includes leadership positions at Sterling Commerce, where roles encompassed Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Manager of Global Accounting, and at the American Management Association as Director of Treasury. Natalia holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
