Rob B.

Rob B. has a strong background in information security, with their most recent role being Chief Information Security Officer at Stagecoach Group Limited starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at William Hill from January 2022 to February 2023. Rob also served as Deputy CISO and Head of Information Security - Retail, Trading & Corporate at William Hill. Before joining William Hill, Rob worked at Premier Farnell as a Global Security Specialist, and at CPP Group Plc as a Network and Security Analyst. Rob began their career as a Security Analyst at William Hill in 2007 and has also held the role of Infrastructure Manager at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and WYMAS. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in security architecture, risk assessments, and implementation of security solutions.

Rob B. completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Digital and Technology Specialist from Northumbria University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Whitwood College from 1996 to 1998, and Normanton Freeston from 1992 to 1996. Rob B. also holds various certifications including PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner, QA Certified Practitioner Certificate in Cloud Security, Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
