Douglas Spilman

Douglas Spilman has extensive experience in the foundry industry, working at Stahl Specialty Co. as a Foundry Engineer since October 1979. With over 36 years of foundry-related skills, Douglas has focused on process development for new products and improving existing products, alongside 8 years dedicated to mold operations. Douglas is currently retired, having transitioned from active employment in March 2023. Education was completed at Holden High School.
