Emba Michele Taraschi

Michele Taraschi, EMBA, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Organization. Starting in 1999, they worked as the Human Resources and General Services Manager at Cremonini Group. Michele then moved on to Sidel, where they served as the Human Resources Manager from 2002 to 2004. Taraschi then joined System Group as the Head of Human Resources from 2004 to 2010. During this time, they played a pivotal role in various projects, such as organizational design, HR processes development, change management, and corporate culture analysis. Michele also implemented a Human Resources Information System and a knowledge management system, among other achievements. In 2010, Taraschi joined Salvagnini as the Group Director of Human Resources & Organization, where they spearheaded the transformation of the company from a functional to a hybrid organization. Michele was responsible for a range of strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employer branding. In 2017, Taraschi joined Stahl as the Group Director of Human Resources.

Michele Taraschi, EMBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIP Politecnico di Milano, studying from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Law at Master Alma Laboris, specializing in this field of study from 2009 to 2010. Michele Taraschi also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Labour law from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, which they completed from 1994 to 1999. Their education journey began with a High School Certificate in Accounting from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale, where they attended from 1988 to 1994.
