Paul Grzebielucha

Paul Grzebielucha currently serves as the Managing Director of Packaging Coatings at Stahl since April 2023. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles, including President at ICP Industrial overseeing Nicoat & MinusNine from February 2016 to May 2023, and President-CEO at Valspar where efforts focused on integrating Quest Industrial Products. At Quest Specialty Chemicals, Paul achieved significant growth and profitability as President from July 2012 to June 2015. With earlier experience as Vice President of Operations at Golden Lighting and President/CEO at Powersport Innovations, Paul has a strong background in operational leadership and business strategy, further supported by over two decades at E. I. DuPont de Nemours in multiple strategic roles. Paul Grzebielucha earned a Bachelor of Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State University.
