Adam Kalamchi

Adam Kalamchi has a wealth of experience in the business world. Adam began their career in 2005 as a Senior Business Analyst for McKinsey & Company. Adam then moved to Mubadala in 2009 as a Portfolio Management Associate. In 2012, they were an MBA Intern at Bonobos. The following year, they were a Senior Associate at RRE Ventures. In 2014, they founded Brilliant Bicycles. In 2016, they were the Director of Operations at Thrive Market and Chairman at Surfwax. Finally, in 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Staircase.

Adam Kalamchi attended Harvard University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Adam then attended Columbia Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration.
