Iryna Shamlei

Iryna Shamlei is an experienced HR Manager at STALEKS, responsible for organizing comprehensive HR processes including recruitment, adaptation, and corporate culture, along with executing the full recruitment cycle. Prior to this role, Iryna served as an Operations Manager at Rocket, where responsibilities included managing food delivery operations across multiple cities and overseeing the hiring process for couriers. Iryna is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Donetsk National University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
