Ben Butcher

Ben Butcher is an experienced professional with a solid background in field services and operations management at Staley Technologies since November 2005. As the Director of Field Services - Resources, Ben implemented targeted improvement plans to enhance staff performance and drive organizational growth. In previous roles, including Regional Manager - East and Operations Manager, Ben prioritized safety, optimized operational efficiency, and expertly managed logistics. Ben also has extensive technical expertise as a Lead Technician, specializing in structured cabling and fiber installations. Prior to joining Staley Technologies, Ben worked as a Lead Technician at Staley Inc. and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Seminole State College of Florida.
