Paul Garris

Paul Garris is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Stallion Infrastructure Services since November 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held the same title at Strategic Materials from May 2021 to November 2024, and also served as Senior Director of Business Optimization & Process Transformation at Circulus Holdings, PBLLC from October 2019 to January 2021. Paul's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Strategic Materials, where as Senior Director of FP&A, responsibilities included overseeing the development of the company's strategic planning and budgeting processes. Paul began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Waste Management, contributing to acquisitions and pricing strategies, and previously worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst and Branch Manager at International Bank of Commerce. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from PennWest Clarion, earned between 2000 and 2004.
