Christine Theron

Christine Theron is an experienced educator currently serving as an IB Psychology and English Teacher at Stamford American School Hong Kong since August 2022. Prior to this, Christine taught English at Yuen Long Merchants Association Secondary School and held editorial and teaching roles at Nebula Group Limited, where responsibilities included tutoring and developing English proficiency among primary and secondary students. Christine's teaching experience spans various levels, having also worked as a part-time NET teacher and an ESL instructor in multiple countries. In addition to teaching, Christine has held leadership roles such as Educational Partnerships Manager at Global Vision International and Programme Coordinator for the Thope Foundation, showcasing a commitment to educational program development and community engagement. Christine's academic qualifications include an MSc in Education from the University of Bristol, a PGCE from the University of Sunderland, and various degrees in Development Studies and Social Science.
