Cheryl Franz

Cheryl Franz serves as the Executive Director of Engagement, Talent, Organizational Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Stamford Health since January 2018, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering an inclusive environment. Previously, Cheryl held the position of VP of Leadership & Organizational Development at Denihan Hospitality Group, where strategic human resources consultation and talent management were key responsibilities. Cheryl’s background includes roles such as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Broadridge, Director of Talent and Organizational Capability at Pfizer Inc, and Consultant/Project Leader at Ford Motor Company. Additionally, Cheryl has experience teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member at Teachers College, Columbia University. Cheryl earned a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and a BS in Psychology from John Carroll University.
