Colleen Hayes

Colleen Hayes is an experienced quality management professional specializing in cancer services, currently serving as the Quality Manager for Cancer Services at Stamford Health since March 2017. In this role, Colleen provides administrative, informatics, and clinical quality management for cancer-specific pay-for-performance initiatives, including the CMS Oncology Care Model and MIPS, while also overseeing the Quality Management program for the Cancer service line. Previous positions include Quality Manager at The Stamford Hospital, where Colleen also held the role of Senior Project Manager for Clinical Applications and Quality Reporting, and Manager of Clinical Applications at Stamford Hospital. Colleen's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Clinical Informatics at Waterbury Hospital and Manager of Clinical Systems Education & Implementation at Bridgeport Hospital.
