Hazel Deluca

Hazel DeLuca, MS, ACSM-CEP, is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience spanning over two decades in cardiac rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and health promotion. Currently employed at Stamford Health and YMCA Greenwich, CT, Hazel provides staff development through lectures and training sessions focused on exercise guidelines and healthy populations. Hazel's previous roles include significant tenures at the American College of Sports Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Florida, Pritikin Longevity Center, and the American Heart Association, where expertise includes administering stress tests, designing cardiac rehab programs, and enhancing community engagement. Hazel holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington, demonstrating a commitment to advancing health through exercise science.
