Niki Walia

Niki Walia has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of the Physician Alliance of Stamford at Stamford Health since March 2015. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the leadership and daily operations of the practice, ensuring the implementation of systems and policies to enhance clinical quality. Prior to this, Walia held the position of Director of Operations at Doshi Diagnostic from December 2004 to February 2015, where significant contributions included establishing a patient access department, enhancing employee performance standards, and implementing processes that improved account receivables and reduced errors.
