Mr Huong is a Director at Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., a corporate finance firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and an authorised Catalist Full Sponsor by the Singapore Exchange. He has more than 15 years of corporate finance experience in Singapore, spanning a wide spectrum of advisory transactions such as issue manager for initial public offerings and rights issues as well as both financial adviser and independent financial adviser for take-over offers, privatisations, voluntary delistings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, share placements, interested person transactions and whitewash waivers
Mr Huong holds a Bachelor in Business (Banking) (Second Class Honours - Upper Division) from Nanyang Technological University.
