Barbara Lyons is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in developing and managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Stamford Museum & Nature Center since May 2021, Barbara previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at Sema4, where responsibilities included establishing the company's first HR function and managing a range of HR operations for a rapidly growing health information start-up. Additional roles include Head of Human Resources at Rouse Properties, Director of Human Resources at 5W Public Relations and Acadia Realty Trust, and Vice President of Client Services at Right Management, where Barbara developed vital HR initiatives and maintained relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Barbara holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Southern Connecticut State University.
