Monika K. Farfan

Monika K. Farfan is an HR Generalist at Stampede Meat, Inc., since August 2016, where responsibilities include educating and coaching employees and managers on complex employee relations, recommending HR policies for compliance, and conducting exit interviews to analyze turnover trends. Previously, Monika served as an HR Coordinator, assisting new employees with onboarding paperwork and addressing hourly employee inquiries. Before joining Stampede Meat, Monika worked as a Cop Specialist for Tower Communications Expert, LLC, providing administrative, project, and technical support for major telecommunications projects. Monika holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Moraine Valley Community College and diplomas from Marie Curie Sklodowska High School and Cholewinski Polish School with Honors in Polish Studies.
