Jena Garrett

Jena Garrett has a long history of working in Human Resources and Employee Success roles. Jena began their career in 2013 as the Director of Recruiting and Jenafits at Rustici Software, where they originated and implemented a full-scope hiring process and drove the design and implementation of a staff-centered benefits and compensation program. In 2018, Garrett returned to Rustici Software as a Recruiting Consultant, where they refreshed the onboarding process, partnered with cross-functional leadership to define job roles, and diversified the candidate pool. In 2019, Garrett joined Quore as the Director of People Operations, where they worked to ensure the company remained a place where each employee felt valued and inspired. Finally, in 2021, Garrett became the Director of Employee Success at Stampli.

Jena Garrett attended The University of Alabama from 2007 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Informational Science and Advertising.
