Rachael Meyer

Rachael Meyer has extensive experience in recruitment and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiting Processor at Koch Companies since April 2018, Rachael assists the Recruitment Department with driver applications and DOT background investigations. Prior experience includes a promotion to Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals within a year, where Rachael managed recruitment processes for various employment types. Rachael also held positions as Lead Recruiter and Communications Specialist, as well as Front Office Supervisor at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Earlier experience includes coaching gymnastics at YMCA, where Rachael taught essential values to athletes. Rachael holds an Associate’s degree from Northcentral Technical College and has additional education from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
