Pradeep Kumaar a.k.a Prady

Pradeep Kumaar a.k.a Prady has worked in the digital industry since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a Sales Consultant for IZEA, supporting the Sales Director and helping to convert prospects. In 2009, Prady founded Stan Ventures, a digital agency with offices in Bangalore, Erode, and Salem. In 2019, Prady became the CEO of NP Digital, and also the Managing Director and CEO of Neil Patel Digital India. In this role, they were responsible for developing the company's short- and long-term strategy, creating and implementing the company's vision and mission, and evaluating the work of other management people.

Pradeep Kumaar a.k.a Prady completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indian School of Business in 2011, with a focus on Executive MBA. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SSN College of Engineering in 2008.
