Dennis Dicosola has a strong background in quality and manufacturing operations. Dennis began their career at General Motors Corporation in 1988 as an Operations Plant Manager, where they successfully implemented a cost reduction program and reduced finished inventory levels while maintaining manufacturing throughput and customer delivery schedules. Dennis then moved on to become a Site Quality Manager at General Motors, where they achieved QS 9000 certification and significantly improved customer returns over a two-year period.

From there, Dicosola joined Delphi Corporation as a Chief Process Engineer, where they led continuous improvement efforts and achieved a $7 million annual savings through the reduction of FTQ on Spark Plug resistance. Dennis also served as a Corporate Program Launch Manager at Delphi, directing the successful launch of 90 Delphi products into General Motors programs and providing on-site launch support.

Most recently, Dicosola worked at Stanadyne as the Global Quality Director, where they directed the global quality and customer satisfaction organization. Dennis focused on implementing a global quality system to enable Stanadyne's expansion into the global marketplace. Their responsibilities included improving and redeveloping the quality system based on industry standards.
