Rachna Verma

Rachna Verma currently serves as Chief of Staff at Stance Health Solutions, bringing extensive experience in project management from previous roles at SCAN Health Plan and UnitedHealth Group. At SCAN Health Plan, Rachna Verma successfully implemented the Availity Provider Portal, managing multiple departments to streamline processes for eligibility and benefits. Notably, Rachna led the redesign of the provider portal to facilitate significant cost savings by shutting down the provider call center. Prior to SCAN, Rachna Verma held the role of Senior Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing the migration of non-integrated businesses to enterprise tools, and achieved a remarkable reduction in backlog at Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager. Rachna Verma holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
