Matt Young

Matt Young currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy and General Manager of the Commercial Division at Stancil Painting and Services, Inc., a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Matt held the role of Director of Business Strategy at The Beck Group from June 2022 to March 2024. Matt's extensive experience includes a tenure at The Roby Family of Companies from May 2014 to June 2022, where titles included Managing Partner, President of the Commercial Division, and General Manager & Director of Business Development for Roby Commercial & Robycross. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Senior Territory Manager at Essential Medical Supply from October 2006 to March 2014 and a Sales Recruiter and Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services from June 2005 to August 2006. Matt Young earned a BSBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
