Prior to joining STAND 8, Scott was a Senior Technology Recruiter at Clarity Technology Partners, where they were responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Scott was also instrumental in expanding the company's reach to new markets on both coasts.

Scott's extensive knowledge of the IT staffing industry and their commitment to matching consultants with the right clients have resulted in many successful projects. Scott is dedicated to helping STAND 8 provide the best possible solutions for its clients' needs.

Scott Barden has a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
