Fredrika Rylander

Fredrika Rylander specializes in developing leadership and effective communication, supporting hundreds of clients in global companies such as UBS, HSBC, Coca-Cola, P&G, AstraZeneca, and GE. Her work has helped leaders to gain confidence, improve culture, and build effective team communication to enhance their leadership values.

Fredrika brings to her work a professional background in global communications and leadership, working for companies including Visa, SITA, Intuit, and Canon, where she led global external and internal communications teams across five continents and drove culture change programs.

Fredrika holds a Masters in International Marketing from IHM Business School, Sweden, and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach certified on three different personal assessment tools. She comes from Sweden, speaks fluent English and French in addition to Swedish, and has lived and worked in five different countries. She now lives in Geneva, Switzerland and enjoys skiing and hiking up the Alps on weekends.
