Katie Ross

Katie Ross, MSW, MNO, serves as a Customer Feedback Coach at Stand Together Foundation since November 2022, focusing on enhancing the capacity of nonprofits in implementing Customer-first Measurement tools. As Co-Founder of Crown Connections, Katie aims to elevate nonprofits through ethical development and sustainable collaboration. Previous roles include Director of Programming and Program Manager at EYEJ: Empowering Youth, Exploring Justice, where Katie managed trauma-informed programming for underserved youth. Experience as a Community Organizer at Tremont West Development Corporation involved advocating for youth equity, while an internship at Community ConNext focused on fundraising strategies. Earlier roles included serving as an Americorps Program Coordinator at Playworks and Head Coach at Forest Knolls Swimming Pool. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work and Nonprofit Management from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
