Celia DiNicola holds an MBA and an MS from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, along with a BA in International Studies from American University. Currently serving as Senior Director of Web Operations at Ascension since April 2025, Celia has extensive digital product and content management experience. Previously, as Director of Digital Product, Web & Digital Experiences at Stand Together, Celia led the company's initial marketing technology strategy and implemented an agile approach to website development for multiple brands. At Marriott International, Celia held several prominent positions including Director of Digital Product & Platform Strategy, where responsibilities included managing the AEM platform strategy, and Director of Digital Content Strategy, focusing on governance frameworks for global digital content. Earlier roles included web management positions at the U.S. Department of State and Freddie Mac, as well as consultancy for Celerity and Development Gateway Foundation. Celia also holds a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International.
