Danika Ciano

Danika Ciano has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as the Enterprise Data & Resources Leader and holding various vice president roles at Stand Together since April 2018. Prior to this, Danika was the COO and held multiple leadership positions at Freedom Partners Shared Services from May 2012 to April 2018. Danika's career began at the Charles Koch Institute and the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation, progressing from a Manager of Educational Programs & Admissions to a Program Manager, Talent. Earlier experience includes a role as a Client Services Associate at GAP Solutions, Inc. Danika holds a BA in History from the University of Florida, completed between 2004 and 2007.
