Wes Edwards

Wes Edwards currently serves as General Counsel at Stand Together since January 2024. Prior to this role, Wes held the position of Deputy General Counsel for Investigations at Koch Companies Public Sector LLC from May 2010 to January 2024, focusing on domestic and international investigations, managing compliance due diligence during M&A activities, conducting compliance training, and overseeing select litigation matters. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC, and various positions at Koch Industries, including Associate General Counsel for Litigation, Compliance, Labor and Employment and Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment. Wes began the legal career at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Wes holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
