Mauro Santos

Mauro Santos has a strong background in project management and portfolio management. Mauro has held various roles in the banking sector, including Head of Program Management Office (PMO) at Standard Bank Angola, where they were responsible for project portfolio management and implementing project management standards. Mauro also served as a Portfolio Manager for Digital & Innovation at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Portfolio Manager & Scrum Master and a Project Manager for Transformation Management Office. Before their banking career, Santos gained experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, sales, and e-commerce at Grupo RPA & Filhos Lda.

Mauro Santos completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Varsity College in 2011-2014. Mauro then pursued a degree in Technology in Financial Management from Faculdade AIEC from 2017-2019. In 2022-2023, they obtained their MBA in Information and Technology Management from Faculdade Unyleya. Mauro also holds various certifications including cloud computing, project management, agile development practices, and digital transformation.
