Rhode Luemba has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Rhode started their career as a Part Time Lecturer at Cempaka International School, teaching in the Cambridge Curriculum from January 2005 to April 2007. After that, they worked as a Technical Contracts Specialist at HSBC from an unspecified date until June 2009. Rhode then joined Spie Oil & Gas Services as a Technical Assistance Operations Manager from June 2009 to July 2012, where they were responsible for various tasks including business development, budgeting, cost assessment, and recruitment. Rhode then worked at Chevron as a Strategic Contracts Analyst from July 2012 to May 2015, and later as a Category Specialist from May 2015 to June 2016. Rhode then joined Standard Bank Group as a Corporate & Investment Banking Human Capital Manager from June 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, they have certifications in ACI Dealing Certificate from ACI Financial Markets Association obtained in 2018 and The International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) certification obtained in 2014.
