Ackermann Adele

Ackermann Adele has over two decades of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Central Finance Data and Head of Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting at Standard Bank Group since August 2015. In this role, reporting to the CFO of Standard Bank of South Africa, Ackermann Adele manages a team focused on ensuring compliance with the BCBS 239 Framework, encompassing data management, governance, and risk reporting. Prior to this position, Ackermann Adele held various roles at Standard Bank Group, including Senior Manager for Treasury and Capital Markets and Liquidity Risk, and Head of CIB Regulatory Reporting and Advisory. Additional experience includes Senior Manager at KPMG, Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Manager in the Bank Supervision Department at the South African Reserve Bank. Ackermann Adele holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of the Free State.
