Aylon Spinner

Aylon Spinner is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, architecture, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Strategy and Architecture at Standard Bank Group since June 2022, Aylon has been instrumental in aligning technology with business objectives, establishing IT governance frameworks, and managing IT risks. Prior to this role, Aylon was a Digital Solutions Architect at ShopriteX, where responsibilities included defining digital advertising architectures and providing strategic guidance on technology investments. Aylon’s tenure as a Senior Digital Solutions Architect at Vodacom involved designing comprehensive solutions aligned with digital visions, while earlier roles at MultiChoice included contributions to enterprise architecture and team leadership in payments and integration. Aylon began a career as a CRM Consultant at AdvanceNet Pty Ltd and holds a PMD from GIBS Business School and a degree in IT Systems Development from Dynamix Academy.
