Jo-Anne has held various leadership roles in companies such as Standard Bank Group, Stanbic Bank Kenya, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs. Jo-Anne's expertise includes strategic human capital planning, leadership development, and talent management. Jo-Anne is currently pursuing an Executive Master's in Change from INSEAD, building on their Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Bryn Mawr College.
