Jörg Fischer

Jörg Fischer is an experienced professional in the fields of information technology and operations, currently serving as the Group Chief Information Officer and Group Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Standard Bank Group. Fischer has held various leadership roles, including Executive Head of Group Operations/Shared Services and Group Real Estate Services. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Manager and an Audit Clerk at EY. Fischer completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in October 2022, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in South Africa.
