Kuvarshan Govender

Kuvarshan Govender is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in client experience, project management, and engineering. Currently serving as Executive Client Experience in Global Markets at Standard Bank Group since October 2007, Kuvarshan has been instrumental in driving customer-centric initiatives, enhancing retention, and fostering cross-selling success. Previous roles at Standard Bank include Head of Client Experience & Foreign Exchange Transactional Payments and Senior Project Manager in Global Markets Treasury. Kuvarshan's prior experience includes consulting at Deloitte, where strategic optimization and cost reduction for diverse clients were the focus, and significant engineering roles at National Petroleum Refiners of SA (NATREF) and TOTAL, emphasizing process optimization and project management. Kuvarshan holds an MBA from Henley Business School, in addition to a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a BCom in Risk Management from the University of South Africa.
