Langa Langa is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of UpSkillMySkills since August 2023. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Capital and Impairment Model development at Standard Bank Group since January 2018, Langa Langa specializes in building probability of default (PD), exposure at default (EAD), and loss given default (LGD) models across the Africa region, alongside developing macro-economic driven forward-looking PD models. Prior experience includes roles as a Quantitative Analyst and graduate trainee in credit risk modeling and analytics. Langa Langa also holds the position of Chief Executive Director at Magnum Pitch since November 2016 and has a solid academic background with a BSc Honours in Data Mining and Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics from North-West University.
