Natasha Govender

Natasha Govender serves as the Head of People and Culture at Standard Bank Insurance, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Natasha held the position of HR Business Partner at both AstraZeneca and Standard Bank Group, where skills in managing HR strategies and workforce development were honed. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of South Africa.
